Keeping it Simple

Stop. The ‘why’ is not important. We create anxiety and stress when we think negatively about situations, and it really doesn’t help. The REAL meeting went well, but according to your brain, you had 101 meetings, and 100 of them were a total failures! And that’s just one example!
