Anxiety and Stress

Anxiety can be a useful tool – after all, if you were alone in the jungle you’d be happy to be constantly vigilant and alert to the dangers all around you, wouldn’t you?

Thankfully we aren’t exposed to those kinds of dangers on a daily basis, but when we become overly stressed, our brains can get fixed on full alert and leave us feeling exhausted and unable to cope with our daily lives, perhaps unable to sleep, and sometimes leading to a full blown panic attack, or unwanted physical symptoms.
