In every different role we change ourselves to be what is needed, often concealing our own feelings and needs in the process. We sometimes feel pulled in so many directions that we never feel quite ‘enough’ in any of those roles.

Sally Potter
Sally is an experienced hypnotherapist who lives and breathes all angles of wellness. Her life and work reflect her love for nature, food, and intentional movement.
Healthy Minds Nourishing Retreats have grown from a desire to provide a place and space for women to be themselves.
Sally recognised that often in busy lives, women don’t make time for themselves.
During a retreat, Sally is on hand for conversation and check-ins. If you want to take a walk and chat something through, or sit on a bench and just be heard, this is for you.
There is an opportunity to book a dedicated one to one with Sally if you wish.
Sally will provide workshops at each retreat, exploring the way our minds work and helping you to discover or uncover your strengths.
Relaxation sessions include guided visualisation, mindfulness and hypnosis. These are all part of the regular retreat timetable, and you can decide which to take part in.
As well as her training in hypnotherapy, Sally is also qualified in Solution Focused Brief Therapy, advanced hypnosis and Mindscaping. She has undertaken training in Applied Neuroscience, and the neuroscience of the female brain.
She prides herself on a gentle, holistic approach using over 7 years of experience as a hypnotherapist, and many more as a woman, mother, daughter, friend and wife.
