- How to manage our energy and better match our available energy to our work
- Boundaries and what is in our control
- Looking after yourself when you are busy
- Grounding
There will be plenty of time for questions. We want these sessions to be really valuable for everyone who attends.

Our exclusive Supper Clubs are very special indeed. Each event will be hosted at the home of either Sally or Sandy. Hosted by Sally, Sandy will prepare a delicious banquet style meal to be shared by a maximum of 8 women. The idea for Supper Club came from our Healthy Minds Retreats. Women at the retreats wanted to continue to experience the support, companionship and food they'd had on the retreat. Each Supper Club date is offered at a 40% discount to Nourish Members first, and then opened to non members at the full price if there are spaces remaining. Non members should use the contact form below to be added to the waitlist for an upcoming date.
