Mental Health is a big issue for Women during Menopause
I was recently invited to contribute a guest blog for ‘The Calm Within’. Aislinn Marek is a counsellor for adults and children. Her website also offers resources for mental wellbeing including her own ‘The Sleep Book’ .
Aislinn asked me to write on the topic of managing women’s mental health during menopause.
As you will know, I have developed a specialist and holistic approach to helping women take control of their mental health. The article describes what menopause is, how it does (or doesn’t) affect us, and what we can do to help ourselves.

How I can help with managing your mental health in menopause
You can work with me in person or online on a one to one basis. I have a 90 minute clarity session designed to create a contract for our work together, and to get the ball rolling.
If you’re not quite ready to take the plunge, you could start with a relaxation session online. These take place once a month and are completely free of charge. You’ll learn some valuable tools for relaxation, and feel refreshed and calm when you leave.
Several times a year, I host a women-only retreat in Devon. It’s 4 nights of complete relaxation and rest. You’ll feel connected and refreshed, with a new understanding of yourself. Ready to move on with this new phase of your life with purpose and anticipation.
