Solution Focused Hypnotherapy with Sally Potter available at Nature’s Larder, Ivybridge, from September
If you’ve ever considered Hypnotherapy, it’s probably been through a desire to change something. Perhaps you have a fear or phobia, or want to change a habit? Has anxiety taken over your life?
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a combination of Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Hypnosis. Delivered together, this offers a powerful tool for lasting transformation.
Sally has been practising in this way since 2015, and has over 1800 client hours of experience, working with anyone with a desire to create change in their lives. Sally can help with –
- Fears and phobias
- Decision making
- Changing habits (including smoking and vaping)
In essence, if you don’t want to be where you are, Sally can help you on the road to where you DO want to be.
Recently, Sally has helped clients regain the confidence to travel – including flying, driving and public transport. Through Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, she has helped clients make important decisions about their home and work lives. She’s not a counsellor, so doesn’t give advice! Rather, clients find their own solutions through the answers to her questions, and she helps bring them to fruition with the assistance of hypnosis.
So what is hypnosis?
There’s nothing mysterious or magical about hypnosis (although sometimes it seems to work like magic!) Trance (hypnosis) is a normal state of awareness for us humans – we go into trance several times a day – you know the feeling when you’ve ‘zoned out’ or you’ve been daydreaming? That’s trance. As a hypnotherapist, Sally can help her clients achieve this state of awareness in the safe and comfortable surroundings of the practice room, and use it to create a beneficial environment for achieving the clients’ goals, whatever they may be.
You can make an appointment for hypnotherapy by coming into Nature’s Larder, or by calling 01752 894197. If you would like to speak to Sally before making an appointment, please call her on 01752 894160 and leave a message.
