The Healthy Minds Nourishing Retreat is all set to take place in a couple of weeks!
Starting on 28th February for 4 nights, guests will enjoy deluxe accommodation (no tents here!), an all-inclusive freshly cooked and locally sourced menu, and every opportunity to rest and relax.
Sandy – our chef, from Dartmoor Larder , and I have planned a programme to ensure that there is plenty of time to do your own thing.
We’ll make sure you have everything you need to enjoy some real downtime.
The programme includes walks on Dartmoor, Pilates with Harry Parkes, and relaxation sessions with Sally.
In addition, we’ll be watching the sunrise, stargazing, and experiencing the fabulous flavours of Sandy’s incredible food!

There are currently two rooms remaining – either two twins, or a twin and a double.

Day Passes
If you can’t come and stay, or if you would like to try a retreat without the commitment, we have decided to offer day passes.
You can choose to join us for the day on either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Find out all about it here.
