Let’s make space for winter with a November Detox!
So we usually think of Spring as the time to have a good clear out don’t we?
This year, let’s do it in November!
A November detox that will mean we have rid ourselves of 465 items that no longer serve us by the end of the month.
Imagine how freeing that will feel!
Here’s how it works –
On the 1st of November get rid of one item
On the 2nd get rid of 2
and so on. On the 15th get rid of 15 things.
By the 30th, you’ll be finding this easy and you can get rid of the last 30 things that you don’t want or need. Items can be anything and you can dispose of them however you like. To the charity shop or recycling bin, or if they really have no use whatsoever, they can go in the bin!
