Performance

There are often times in our lives when we are called upon to ‘perform’ at our best – exams, speeches, our wedding day, a sports event, and these performances come with pressure to ‘succeed’.

Sometimes, even when we know in our rational minds that what we are about to do is easily achievable – we may even have already done it successfully more than once – our brain can suddenly decide that this time is going to be different, and you will find yourself frozen or panicking, unable to perform at all.

This can happen for all sorts of reasons, but often at the root of this ‘failure’ is an over full stress bucket. Too much has gone in and it’s overflowed, leaving you unable to cope with even simple things ( or at least theyperformance used to be simple!)
