Let us bring a little bit of calm into your daily routine with an online relaxation session. Rest, relax, refocus is a way to stop, reset and restore a sense of clarity in an ever changing world.
Whatever your reason for joining a session, these 15 minutes will allow you the downtime you need to move on.
Sessions are currently running at 10.30am and 2.30pm on weekdays, with a Wednesday evening 30 minute session and a 45 minute session on a Sunday evening, both of these at 8.00pm.

We don’t ask anything for the sessions, but if you’d like to make a contribution, we suggest £10/week or £30/month to access as many sessions as you’d like. The link for contributions is here.
